You need to load your poiyomi shader (free V7.3.050) before loading the unitypackage into your project.

Shader setting can be change in unity if you don't like the glitter :)
This package also includes the FBX and texture, in addition to the unitypackage. The bones are easily setup using vrchat physbones system.
This asset is rigged, inside unity, slide the FBX into your avatar's head armature and from there add your bones setting.
I personally max out gravity so the chains dangle vertically. See video below.
