Everything is Rigged and weight painted, body not included. Does include a FBX file, and the blender file and the textures.

Any commercially licensed item can only be resold if featured on a completed character with credit to the store you purchased from (Booth, Gumroad, Payhip, Ko-Fi). Items can not be sold on their own even if edited.
